Preparation time: 30 minutes

100 ml. milk

125 gr. coconut flour

200 gr. sugar

50 gr. butter

Grinded lemon peel

Coconut cake

Preparation:

Into hot milk, add coconut flour, sugar, butter and lemon peel. Mix it well and shape like ball.

Place the mixture into square dessert dish and cool it.

Cut it on pieces.

This dessert goes well with coffee.
