Main dish for 4 persons
Preparation time: 70 minutes
400 gr. grinded meat
2 slices of bread
1 p. onion
2 p. garlic
500 gr. potatoes
100 ml. oil
4 peppers
3 tomatoes
Salt, pepper, oregano, vegetable spice, parsley

Preparation: Add bread, chopped onion, garlic, salt and pepper into grinded meat. Shape the burgers. Fry burgers on both sides. Remove them from oil. Into same oil place chopped peppers, tomatoes, oregano, vegetable spice and fry a little more. Sauce is ready. Place previously fried potatoes (on stripes) into roasting pot. Add burgers and pour sauce with 100 ml water. Roast into heated oven on 180 C for 20 minutes. Serve it into serving dish decorated with parsley and tomatoes. This recipe goes well with red wine.
