500 gr. ricotta cheese
50 gr. hot peppers
Oregano, pepper, salt, olive oil
Preparation:
Place ricotta with chopped hot peppers, oregano, pepper, salt and olive oil into roast pot.
Roast it on 220 C for 15 minutes until ricotta gets golden color.
Pour some olive oil.
Serve it circle shaped, on appetizer dish with tomatoes.

500 ml. milk
1 soup spoon sugar
4 soup spoons semolina
4 egg whites
Preparation:
Add sugar and semolina into hot milk. Cook it until stiffen.
Add bitten egg whites, and pour it into shape form.
Cool it.
Serve it on dessert dish with strawberries or some fruit syrup.

Main dish for 4 persons
Preparation time: 25 minutes
800 gr. chicken fillets
200 gr. tomatoes
150 gr. onion
200 ml. beer
200 gr. red peppers
Vegetable spice, oil
Preparation:
Cut chicken fillets on stripes, rub them with vegetable spice, pour beer on them and leave them for 2 hours on cold place.
You can fry or grill softened chicken on both sides for 5 minutes.
Chop onion and tomatoes, mix them and fry.
Serve it on serving dish with cooked vegetable.

Preparation:
Into deeper pot mix beaten eggs, flour, vegetable spice and beer. Leave mixture for 10 minutes. Sauce is ready.
Cut chicken fillets into stripes and rub it with vegetable spice.
Immerse chicken fillets into sauce and fry.
Serve it on serving dish decorated with green salad.

400 gr. green salad
2 pack of sardines
200 gr. tomatoes
100 gr. olives
90 gr. onion
For the sauce:
50 ml. water
50 ml. olive oil
2 tea spoons apple vinegar
Vegetable spice, pepper
Preparation:
Remove sardines from can oil and cut on pieces.
Chop onion and tomatoes.
Add vegetable spice into water. Leave it for 10 minutes and then add oil and vinegar. Sauce is ready.
Mix green salad with sardines, onion, tomatoes, olives, pepper and sauce.
Serve it on serving dish.

Soup for 4 persons
Preparation time: 50 minutes
100 gr. smoked bacon
100 gr. celery root
3 potatoes
1 leek
2 carrots
1 onion
2 chicken soup cubes
200 ml. sour cream
Salt, pepper, butter, garlic
Preparation:
Chop bacon into small cubes. Chop celery, potatoes, carrots, leek, onion and garlic.
Fry bacon on heated oil. Add potatoes, carrots, celery, leek, onion and garlic.
Stew for some time; add soup cubes and 1 l water. Leave it to stew.
When vegetables are softened, add salt, pepper, butter and sour cream. Mix everything well.
Serve it in soup dish decorated with parsley.

Preparation time: 30 minutes
600 gr. chicken steaks
2 tea spoons vegetable spice
250 ml. sour cream
50 gr. grinded yellow cheese
Oil, pepper.
Preparation:
Cut chicken steaks into slices and rub them with vegetable spice on both sides. Leave it for 30 minutes.
Fry steaks on heated oil on both sides for 5 minutes.
Remove chicken steaks from frying pot and place them into cooking pot.
Add sour cream, grinded yellow cheese, pepper and cook on 250 C for 10 minutes.
Serve it on serving dish with cooked vegetable and decorated with parsley.
