Main dish for 4 persons

Preparation time: 30 minutes

1 kg shrimps

4 branches rosemary

100 ml olive oil

Garlic, salt, pepper, parsley

Grilled shrimps

Preparation:

Clean the shrimps removing heads and legs.

Take off leaves from rosemary branches.

Stick 4 – 5 shrimps on every branch.

Add salt, pepper and rub it with oil

Grill them on each side about 5 minutes

Make sauce mixing olive oil, garlic, parsley, rosemary leaves

Serve it on serving dish with green salad and lemon

This recipe goes well with white whine
