Soup for 4 persons
Preparation time: 25 minutes
800 ml. water
400 gr. chestnut puree
200 ml. sour cream
100 gr. rice
100 gr. grinded white cheese
Salt, pepper, parsley
Preparation:
Add chestnut puree, sour cream into boiling salted water and leave it to boil a while.
Add cooked rice and cheese.
Serve it on soup dish with parsley.
