Main dish for 4 persons

Preparation time: 30 minutes

80 ml olive oil

1 eggplant (500 gr.)

170 gr. ham

200 ml beer

100 gr. green pea

300 gr. pasta

50 gr. grinded yellow cheese

Salt, pepper

Pasta and eggplant in beer

Preparation:

Cut eggplant on cubes and fry them on heated oil.

Add salt, pepper, ham (stripes) to fried eggplant cubes and cook a little

Add beer and let it boil

Add green pea, reduce the heat, cover it and cook for 10 minutes

Add boiled pasta

Serve it on serving dish with grinded yellow cheese

This recipe goes well with beer.
