Main dish for 4 persons
Preparation time: 30 minutes
4 beef chops (600 gr.)
100 gr. onion
30 gr. butter
200 gr. sour cream
Pepper, salt, vegetable spice, olive oil
50 ml. brandy
600 gr. noodles
300 gr. green pea
Preparation:
Chop half of the onion and mix it with pepper.
Rub the chops with onion mixture on both sides
Fry chops on both sides, add salt and remove them into flambé pot
Into same frying pot, add sour cream, vegetable spice, little water and stew a little. Now sauce is ready
Pour brandy on top of beef chops and light it. When the fire is off, pour the sauce on top of beef chops.
Into heated oil place remaining onion and after a while add green pea.
Add salt, little water, cover it and leave it to stew 15 minutes.
Serve it on serving dish with noodles and vegetable decorated with parsley
This recipe goes well with red wine
