Main dish for 6 persons
Preparation time: 30 minutes
6 salmon fillets (1 kg)
200 ml. red wine
100 ml water
20 gr. butter
50 gr. flour
400 gr. mushrooms (champignons)
Oil, vegetable spice, olive oil, garlic
Preparation:
Cook salmon fillets into mixture of water, wine and vegetable spice around 8 minutes.
Remove cooked fillets and keep them warm
On heated mixture of oil and butter fry garlic and chopped mushrooms.
When mushrooms are done, pour on top of them 100 – 200 ml of salmon cooking liquid.
Add flour with a little water and cook for a while
Serve it on serving dish with some pasta or noodles
This recipe goes well with red wine
