Main dish for 4 persons

Preparation time: 50 minutes

500 gr. beef steaks

100 gr. mushrooms

50 ml. oil

50 ml. white wine

2 soup spoons mustard

2 soup spoons flour

Pepper, garlic, parsley

 Beef steaks with mushrooms

Preparation:

Rub beef steaks with pepper and mustard and then flour on one side.

Fry steaks on heated oil on floured side first.

Add garlic, chopped mushrooms and water

Stew until meat is softened

Before the end add some flour with little water, wine and parsley

Serve into serving dish with noodles, potatoes, or mashed potatoes

This recipe goes well with red wine
