Main dish for 6 persons
Preparation time: 2 hours
1 lamb (2 – 3 kg)
100 ml oil
Laurel leaf
2 tea spoons vegetable spice
1 garlic
1 onion
Preparation:
Rub the meat with vegetable spice. Put it into roast pot, pour hot oil on top.
Add laurel leaf, chopped onion and garlic.
Add 100 ml hot water and cover it with al. foil. Roast it on 200 C about 90 minutes.
15 minutes before end, take off the al. foil, so the meat can get golden color.
Serve it on serving dish with potatoes, onion and salad at will.
This recipe goes well with red wine.
