Dessert

Preparation time: 30 minutes

120 gr. chocolate

120 gr. butter

2 eggs

2 egg yolks

50 gr. sugar powder

1 table spoon bread crunches

Chocolate cakes

Preparation:

Heat the butter until it is liquid. Remove the pot from heat and add crushed chocolate. Stir until everything is well mixed.

Bit eggs, egg yolks and sugar. Add chocolate mix and bread crunches.

Place the mixture into greased and floured baking shapes. Bake all cakes for 15 minutes on 200 C.

This dessert goes well with coffee.

Dessert

Preparation time: 30 minutes

3 eggs

100 gr. sugar

1 pack of vanilla

50 gr. corn flour

1 orange

3 table spoons orange marmalade

Sweet omelet

Preparation:

Mix together yolks, sugar and vanilla.

Add corn flour and then start slowly to add bitten whites with constant stirring.

Pour the mixture into baking shape and bake it on 180 C for 15 minutes.

Mix orange marmalade and orange juice. Pour it on top of the baked omelet.

This dessert goes well with white wine.

Appetizer for 4 persons

Preparation time: 15 minutes

2 cans of tuna

4 boiled eggs

150 gr. pickles

7 – 10 garlic cloves

50 ml olive oil

1 table spoon apple vinegar

Tuna salad

Preparation:

Cut the tuna on smaller pieces and mix them with chopped eggs and pickles.

Add chopped garlic, olive oil and vinegar.

Mix everything well and cool it.

This salad goes well with white wine.

Appetizer for 4 persons

Preparation time: 20 minutes

100 gr. ham

50 gr. butter

1 tea spoon muster

1 table spoon brandy

1 tea spoon lemon juice

2 table spoons sour cream

1 pack of crackers

Crackers with ham

Preparation:

Put chopped ham, butter, brandy, muster, lemon juice and sour cream into electric blender. Blend it until mixture is homogenized cream.

Place ham cream on top crackers.

Serve it with pickles, tomatoes and chopped parsley.

This appetizer goes well with white wine.

Main dish for 4 persons

Preparation time: 50 minutes

500 gr. chicken filet stripes

50 gr. butter

1 table spoon oil

50 ml brandy

100 gr. onions

50 ml white wine

100 gr. fresh mushrooms (champignons or any others at will)

200 ml sour cream

Salt, pepper, vegetable spice

Chicken flambé

Preparation:

Rub chicken stripes with vegetable spice and pepper.

Fry them on oil and half of the butter until some color change. Remove the chicken from the frying pot.

In same pot fry chopped onions. Add chicken and brandy. Ignite and stir until flame is gone.

Add wine and stew for 15 minutes.

In other pot fry mushrooms and add sour cream. Add mushroom sauce on top of the chicken.

Serve it with noodles, rice or some pasta.

This recipe goes well with white wine.

Appetizer for 4 persons

Preparing time: 30 minutes

60 gr. butter

500 gr. peeled shrimps

50 ml brandy

200 gr. onion

100 ml white wine

200 gr. chopped tomatoes

200 ml sour cream

Salt, pepper, vegetable spice, almonds

Shrimps flambé

Preparation:

Fry shrimps on butter until they got golden color. Add the brandy and ignite. Stir until flame is over.

Add the wine and leave it on heat until dry. Remove the shrimps on hot place. Fry chopped onion.

Add tomatoes, vegetable spice, almonds, shrimps and in the end sour cream. Stew several more minutes. Add pepper and salt at will.

Serve it with rice and frying liquid like sauce.

This recipe goes well with white wine.

Salad for: 4 persons

Preparation time: 25 minutes

3 pears

500 gr. chopped red cabbage

5 soup spoons oil

3 soup spoons apple vinegar

Salt

Pear and red cabbage salad

Preparation:

Cut the pears on stripes

Mix oil, vinegar and salt until homogenized mixture.

Pour mixture on top of pear stripes and red cabbage.

Main dish for 4 persons

Preparation time: 45 minutes

600 gr. beef steaks

30 gr. flour

30 gr. butter

100 gr. almonds

1 soup spoon vegetable spice

50 ml water

100 ml sour cream

½ tea spoon cinnamon

Beef steaks with almond sauce

Preparation:

Rub beaten steaks with vegetable spice and with flour on the one side.

Fry the steaks on butter, from the floured side first. Stew them for 15 minutes adding water.

Remove the steaks from the heat and leave them in warm place. Place almonds and little water into steaks frying liquid and cook for several minutes.

Return the steaks into frying pot, add cinnamon and sour cream. Cook everything for 2 – 3 minutes.

Serve the steaks with sauce and green salad or any other salad.

This recipe goes well with red wine.

Appetizer for 4 persons

Preparation time:

150 gr. fresh spinach

60 gr. flour

3 eggs

300 gr. white cheese

2 tea spoons olive oil

1 tea spoon salt

1 tea spoon vegetable spice

½ pack baking powder

50 gr. grinded parmesan

Parsley

Spinach muffins

Preparation:

Chop spinach, salt it and leave it for 10 minutes.

Mix egg yolks with olive oil. Add parmesan, vegetable spice, white cheese and spinach.

Mix everything well. Add flour, baking powder and beaten whites.

Place the mixture into paper muffin shapes and bake it into roasted oven on 180 C for 25 minutes.

Place some parsley on top of each muffin.

This appetizer goes well with white wine.

Appetizer for 4 persons

Preparation time: 50 minutes

600 gr. squashes

80 – 100 gr. onion

3 cloves of garlic

3 table spoons olive oil

200 gr. red peppers

1 tea spoon vegetable spice

2 tea spoons apple vinegar

Sugar, pepper

Squash appetizer

Preparation:

On heated olive oil, fry chopped onion and peppers.

Add squash rounds and vegetable spice. Mix them and leave the pot on medium fire for 10 minutes.

Add vinegar, little water, sugar and stir for ½ minute.

Place squashes on roast pot and cook it on heated oven on 180 C for 15 minutes.
