600 gr. pork cutlets
600 gr. cabbage
100 ml oil
1 tea spoon sugar
100 gr. onion
50 gr. tomato sauce
Beat the cutlets, rub them with salt and pepper and leave them for 30 minutes.
Cut the cabbage on stripes and salt a little.
Into heated frying pan with little oil add sugar. When sugar starts to melt add chopped onion.
When onion got brown color, add cabbage, 100 ml water and leave it to stew for a while.
Add tomato sauce. Stew until cabbage is softened.
Fry cutlets and serve them with cabbage.
This main dish goes well with red wine.
